I am happy to write letters of recommendation for grants, fellowships, or graduate school for my former and current students. I typically need a three to four week lead time, so please contact me sooner rather than later.  In order to ensure a timely response on my part, please include the following information in any correspondence:

• Grades and courses completed with me (including term paper or exam grades)
   

• Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume
   

• Unofficial  transcript (including GPA) and any standardized test scores relevant for the application
   

• Application deadline and any forms or accompanying paperwork (preferably filled out)
   

• Other relevant materials included in your application, such as your statement of purpose or research
